Registration Guidelines
At least one author for every accepted paper is required to be registered for the conference for that paper to appear in the proceedings and
be scheduled for presentation. Participating members may register as per the following charges:

Camera-Ready Submission Set
To confirm registration, the corresponding author needs to submit a Camera-ready set including:
- Final Updated Paper
- Payment Acknowledgement Screenshot

- Registered members should provide intimation about their payments immediately.
- The corresponding authors of accepted papers are required to please fill, complete, sign and send the following Publishing Agreement Copyright form along with your Camera Ready Submission to icmsciconference@gmail.com Failure to comply will result in the removal of the paper from the proceedings.
- After completion of the registration fee process, participants are required to send the scan copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us on or before the last date of registration.
- Any modification in the paper will not be accepted after submitting the final documents.
- 1 paper presentation and publication will be allowed per registration.
- Authors of accepted papers can write / call coordinator as soon as possible, in case of registration beyond deadlines.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
After registration, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
